1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern all access to and use of the phtttt Casino platform, including the website at phtttt.app, all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, games, payment services, promotional offers, customer support channels, and any other services provided by phtttt (collectively, the "Services").

1.2 By completing the phtttt account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and expressly agree to be bound by them, together with the phtttt Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions (collectively incorporated by reference).

1.3 phtttt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, phtttt will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 These Terms were last revised and are effective as of January 1, 2026.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement. Access to and use of phtttt Casino is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and is consistent with the minimum legal gambling age applicable under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

2.2 Age Verification. phtttt reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Before processing any withdrawal request, phtttt requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Passport
• Social Security System (SSS) ID or UMID card
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

2.3 Underage Players. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited into such an account will be refunded to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage access will be forfeited in full. phtttt may report instances of underage gambling to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. phtttt's Services are intended for players physically located within the Philippines. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. phtttt makes no representations that its Services are appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered phtttt account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by phtttt. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.3 Account Ownership. Each phtttt account is personal to the registered player. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to access or use your phtttt account. phtttt accounts are non-transferable.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). phtttt operates a KYC verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. All players must successfully complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. phtttt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtttt account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued by phtttt. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including phtttt customer support agents. phtttt will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

4.2 You must notify phtttt immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected compromise of, your phtttt account.

4.3 phtttt shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. phtttt may, at its discretion, temporarily lock an account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

4.4 phtttt employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and implements server-side session authentication. Logins from unfamiliar devices will trigger an SMS OTP verification step as a security measure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phtttt accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method as displayed in the phtttt cashier at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit across all methods is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits from third-party accounts not registered in the player's name are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phtttt targets processing times of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals to fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are targeted within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times are targets only and are not guaranteed.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Withdrawals will not be processed until the player's KYC verification is complete, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID. phtttt reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending verification of the source of funds where required by applicable law or internal risk procedures.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on phtttt are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtttt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player's financial institution.

5.5 Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to a player's account, phtttt reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds, regardless of whether the player has wagered or withdrawn any portion of the incorrectly credited amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 phtttt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty (20) times the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6.3 phtttt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer from any player at its discretion if it reasonably suspects the offer is being abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or any other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6.4 Bonuses are available only to players who have completed age and identity verification. phtttt reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where verification reveals ineligibility.

6.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. Duplicate bonus claims will be identified and reversed.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games offered on phtttt — including slot machines, live casino table games, bingo, fishing games, and game show titles — are subject to the individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates specifically to game mechanics, in which case game-specific rules prevail.

7.2 phtttt exclusively offers games from licensed game studios using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital titles. Live dealer games are conducted by studios operating under their own gaming licences with independently audited dealing procedures.

7.3 The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is based on independently audited data and is disclosed within the individual game information panels. Actual returns experienced by individual players will vary from the theoretical RTP over any given session.

7.4 phtttt reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical fault, software error, or failure to meet game rules results in an invalid outcome. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on phtttt and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single account policy
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC processes
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players or phtttt staff to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain funds or advantages not intended by the game design
• Placing bets using funds derived from illegal activity
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your phtttt account
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phtttt staff or other players

8.2 phtttt employs real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Player accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review during which withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 phtttt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phtttt players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in Philippine Peso, effective immediately upon setting and subject to a 48-hour delay before any increase takes effect

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on phtttt.app — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software code, and all other materials (collectively, "Content") — is the property of phtttt or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the phtttt Services. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of phtttt.

10.3 Game content — including game mechanics, artwork, audio, and software — is owned by the respective game studios and is licensed to phtttt for display on the platform. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtttt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the phtttt Services.

11.2 phtttt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 phtttt does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phtttt's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages) may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.

11.4 phtttt is not responsible for any losses arising from your use of the Services in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 phtttt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed payment from the player's financial institution
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 21
• Identification of the player as a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements
• Any conduct that phtttt reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players

12.2 Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, phtttt reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud, any real-money balance held in the account pending investigation.

12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their phtttt account may do so by contacting support. Remaining real-money balances (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 phtttt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 phtttt implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform connections.

13.3 phtttt may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies pursuant to applicable Philippine law or valid legal process. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of phtttt's privacy obligations to the player.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the phtttt Services shall first be submitted to phtttt's customer support for informal resolution. phtttt commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit phtttt's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
